📥 Digital Products (Downloads) – No Returns or Refunds

All digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or download access has been granted. This is because digital products cannot be “returned” like physical items.

By purchasing, you agree that:
✅ You receive immediate access to your digital file(s)
✅ You waive your 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) right under UK consumer law once the download link is provided

I want you to have a smooth experience. Please contact me if:

• 📩 You did not receive your files
• 🔗 The download link isn’t working
• 📁 The file appears corrupted or won’t open

❗Accidental Purchases or Change of Mind

As access is provided instantly after payment, refunds cannot be issued for accidental purchases or a change of mind.
